Steve, Thanks for leaving a review. Too summarize your repair history concerning the oil leaks. 1999 Toyota Pre-Runner, 188250 miles. (20 Years old.) 2/5/2019 Came in for an oil leak. Found leaks in the oil cooler seal, oil pan gasket, oil cooler hose, and suspected the rear main seal was leaking. The motor was saturated with oil. You where informed of the cost of the repairs and the possibility of the rear main seal. We proceeded with the repairs excluding the rear main seal. You where informed prior to leaving that the rear main seal was leaking. 2/19/2019 The truck returned and it was confirmed the rear main seal was leaking. We proceeded with that repair. During the repair the technician noted that the water pump was leaking. You where informed at that time of the leak. At that time the you opted to not proceed with the repair. 3/9/219 After the truck was parked at the airport for a while, you noticed a spot on the ground. You brought the truck in and we confirmed that the leak coolant coming from the water pump. This was the same leak you had previously. We prepared and estimate, and you left. Each step of the way your where informed of what was discovered and only the repairs you approved where made. You have a 20-year-old truck there will be more leaks. If we can help us with your repairs or have any questions, please call. Thank you for being a good customer. John
